Recruiting Interns

In order to graduate, BSC's Agriculture students are required to complete a cooperative education internship with on-the-job training at an agricultural business. Training consists of a minimum of 400 hours completed during the summer session in the first year of the program.

Hiring Graduates

探花appoffers three options for hiring our graduates:
  1. Post a position: Companies that have an open position can have it posted on Handshake free of charge! Handshake is an online system available to all students and alumni to use during their employment search with local, regional and national companies.
  2. Recruit on campus: If you are interested in visiting 探花appto recruit ATNR program graduates, contact bsc.cet@bismarckstate.edu or 701-224-2429. 
  3. Partner with us: Grow your own workforce with our Agronomy Incentive Partners Program. The future of the agronomy industry is dependent upon securing a talented workforce; 探花appoffers opportunities for regional agronomy companies to partner with us to recruit and train individuals to meet your company's workforce needs.
