    •  HR must complete an incident report promptly for any unusual occurrences, even if medical attention is not immediately sought.
  • In the case of an injury or incident where medical attention is sought, a First Report of Injury (FROI) form must be completed within 24 hours to ensure coverage.
    •
  • In case of emergencies requiring immediate hospital attention, individuals are advised to prioritize their well-being by seeking medical help first. Subsequently, the necessary paperwork can be completed, and any inquiries should be addressed to 探花appHuman Resources.
